At Luggageshop , customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to ensure you're happy with our products.

Returns Policy
You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Refund terms
After the returned products have been inspected, the refund process will be initiated. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund process
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Wrong Products
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Send clear photos of the product in question to info@luggageshop.nl. In this case, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. You will receive a replacement product or, if desired, a refund.
